My Blog Thoughts
20 September - Spirit - Part 2
Introduction to the Lord. The best way to discover how to love is by reading about and emulating the Lord Jesus Christ. Some might smile and others might scoff at this statement. That is because there are two kinds of people in the world. That was discussed in Spirt part 1 that I wrote previously. Here is part 2. There are three reasons why one is not able to be touched by the Spirt of the Lord. You may ask, why do I need the Spirit of the Lord with me? Because, this is the grandest way to feel loved! It is the highest form of love. He, Jesus Christ and his Father are the perfect forms of love. This knowledge is found in biblical scriptures.
The first reason one cannot be touched by the Spirit of the Lord is the inability to see dangers in taking drugs, alcohol, prescribed medications (like anti depressants, attention deficit medications, sleeping pills, and anti-anxiety to name a few), and herbal plants including marijuana and many others that contain mind altering chemicals. These things can cause delusions and disturbances in the brain.
We are blessed with knowledge to know what plants are dangerous and or additive when taken for a lengthy period of time. Altering the mind disconnects our spirit from hearing the Lord and hearing His knowledge. An altered mind cannot hear truth. It is for this reason I say without a doubt, I am now aware that the prescribed anti-depression and attention deficit medications I took many years ago for a very lengthy period of my life disconnected me from the Spirit of the Lord. Yes, I prayed, attended church meetings, and studied the Scriptures occasionally. But, I was disconnected and without knowledge. My mind was altered and my will was affected. Was I able to focus easier than before medication? Yes. Could I shut people out easily? Definitely. Was I calmer? Yes, I was more calm on the exterior. How was my anger? My anger was subdued. Did it fall away? No. Along my healing journey, I was taught that depression is nothing more than anger turned inward. Once the causes of my anger were identified and understood, they were able to be released.
I will show others how my life has changed in the last five years without using medications. I was able to make changes on my own with the Lord’s help. As I started reducing my use of medications, I began to hear the Lord and can now hear him clearly and distinctly. The more I trust in Him, the stronger I feel. When I was medicated, I lived in fear that if I changed my life, things would get worse. If I quit my medications, I would become more depressed, slower, and unable to think clearly. This was not really true, but it was a lie I fed myself. I realized that when I try my best and fall short, the Lord picks up the rest for me. This is how he works by showing each of us how we can live better when we turn to Him for help and love. Then our cup is full no matter what is happening around us. We are able to see hope.
There will always be a reason that a child or an adult cannot pay attention. There will always be a reason for someone to experience depression. Can these reasons be plucked out and removed? Yes! Will medications pluck them out and remove the problem? No! Medications only aggravate and suppress what is really happening on the inside. These problems can only be plucked out by the Lord. He will help us determine how and what to let go of in order to grow. God gave us the ability to problem solve anything we are dealt, with his loving help. He wants us to turn to Him first for guidance, not our family, friends, psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist. The Lord needs to be first! He has answers for us all. No problem is too big for the Lord to solve!
Alteration of the mind is nothing more than an intoxication of the Will. Can the Spirit of the Lord abide with a person who is under the influence of mind altering substances? The answer is no! But we can live off of a memory of our past to help us reconnect to the Lord.
The second reason why someone may not hear the voice of the Lord is choice. Many choose not to love because they are unwilling to submit to the will of the Lord. To submit is to love others as yourself. This does not mean sacrificing your happiness to please others. This means loving the Lord. I am saying looking to the Lord for answers and not controlling people that think they know more than the Lord. We are so blessed to live in a time where knowledge is before us. Look to Him, He will show you the way to love unconditionally. This is promised to us in the scriptures. Choice. We have a choice to love the Lord, ourselves, and others.
The final reason why someone may be unable to hear the Lord is delusion. People are sometimes unwilling to admit they are wrong. Why this is important? Some people are stuck and unable to move forward. These Individuals are choosing to stand firm knowing they do not stand on their own principles that they hold dear. These individuals are unmovable, unchangeable, and full of pride. They will go down with the ship to prove to themselves that they are right, even when they know they are wrong!
What I learned about myself is that I had all three of these obstacles in my path. I can now see why it took me so long to hear the Lord and feel His love. Patience was my downfall. I wanted a quick fix to everything! When we remove these three obstacles from our own lives, we can feel God’s love and hear His voice more clearly.
Today I see that we are all loved deeply. Our spirit is our treasure. When we connect to the Lord, this is our bounty. This is the magic. We are not built to have continual sadness. The Lord wants us to find and live in love, joy, and happiness. You can figure this out on your own with the Lord guiding you. I hope these three reasons will bring you closer to finding what you may need to let go of in order to find the Lord’s love and hear his guiding voice.
9 July - Spirit - Part 1
Each spirit can possess two sides. One side to love and another side to control. Many people’s spirits possess both love and control. One may ask yourself, what does my spirit possess, more love or more control? Because each spirit exists before, during, and after life on earth, it can move through transitions. Our goal is to love by releasing the burden of control. Each spirit communed with God before we came to earth. Did we all love equally during that period? The answer is no, for we are all unique individuals. Each spirit has the free will to choose to love or control others. We bring that same spirit of love or control with us on our journey to earth, but we each have the ability to change. Even a spirit with a low amount of love can choose to love more and control less as they learn and grown on earth in a physical body.
After each spirit exits their physical body in death, they will once again have a choice to learn to love more or to control more. Which friend, family member, or colleague would you prefer to live and work with? The answer is in your own spirit. To love, is to let one choose how to live. To control, is to take away another’s freedom. This can be done by making choices for another person. We should not demand how another person should live. Many people think they know what is best for another and convince themselves that their way is the right way for that individual to live. It is only when we are able to retreat and let others choose for themselves that we can find rest and peace within ourselves. Freedom is found in God. He created us with the agency to love or control others with the hope that we will choose to love one another. His Son, Jesus Christ, has shown us all how to love others without controlling them.
10 May - Back Door Wide Open
New finding: while working on myself using the S.O.S. Checklist that intuitively came to me through prayer, I saw that I had an open back door. What is this, I thought? This is what I found.
One's back door can be wide open from a single traumatic event. An event causing the back door to open can occur in childhood up until and through the age of 15. Most likely, a person will be able to recall this event from the perspective they had at the age when it occurred. This event often causes an inner child to form. When the back door is blown open, a sense of innocence is lost. A heightened sense of awareness, that life is not safe, begins. And one rationalizes how to move on from there. (Note: not everyone with an inner child will have an open back door.) Releasing the inner child alone does not close the back door, for they are two separate anchors. However, for individuals that do have an inner child, by closing the back door the inner child will be open and willing to relinquish control. Both of these can be released using the S.O.S Checklist.
The main cause of having an open back door is the inability to hear oneself over another person. The other person’s voice is louder than one's own. This louder voice creates an inability for one to hear and think for themself. This can cause self-doubt to creep in and lower one's self-esteem. This can make one worry and ask themself, "Have I done something wrong? Is this my fault?" They blame themself for other's behaviors.
People with controlled expectations often recognize self-doubt and low self-esteem in individuals that have an open back door. They are drawn to these individuals and try to manipulate and control the outcomes in their lives by swaying, showing, persuading, and dictating how they should live their lives.
Satan, who is the king of controlled expectations, along with his dark angels, uses manipulation to steal away precious spirits from God. By drowning out our own will comes the loss of hope, and the belief that there is something wrong within oneself. These are Satan's tactics. Satan wants individuals to fail. He wants them to suffer. He wants people to fall to his side of bondage. But, it is Jesus Christ that wants individuals to be happy. He wants people to have joy. He wants them to possess free will.
It is through Christ that we find happiness and salvation through individual repentance. Satan cannot control God’s plan of free will. One can be manipulated to believe we can experience happiness by not following God plan through force and loss of free will. This is a manipulated lie, a trap door. One can never find happiness in the bondage promoted by Satan's many lies. Example… I will be happier when I am checked out on drugs, using prescribed pills, smoking legal pot, drinking alcohol, having casual intimacy, or engaging in ANY addictions that take away my time from being with and interacting with real people. All addiction leads to controlled bondage and loss of choice, self-worth, and identity. We are protected from such lies and manipulation when Jesus Christ is with us. It’s up to us to choose whose side we wish to dwell.
The reason this finding is so grand and important is that by identifying, releasing, closing, and locking one’s back door, it enables one to stand confident and strong, knowing they are safe, precious, and loved by God. The importance of closing one’s back door is to protect their spirit. One’s spirit is the most treasured and sacred gift they possess. It embodies the best love one can find; this is true love. This love connects us to God the Father and his Son, Jesus Christ. While our body may grow old and die, it is our spirit that carries us beyond mortal death. Our spirit is eternal.
It is also my finding that people who have controlled expectations are rarely happy and typically do not have an open back door. This leads me to the conclusion that controlling people who target individuals who have an open back door through manipulation are choosing Satan’s side. They are dark and controlling and need to be avoided for your own spiritual health and emotional happiness.
To close one’s back door using my S.O.S. Checklist, we will identify and release what caused it to open. An individual desiring to have their back door closed must invite Jesus Christ in before shutting and locking the door. This allows one to feel the peace and safety that was lost. God wants the best for us, this is truth. This is why God has given us free will. He wants us to use this agency to find joy within ourselves and to help others find happiness too. This is God's desire for us. By recognizing and showing others our resilience, we are able to not only love others, but to love ourselves as well. This is true love. Each of our spirits must know that we are loved unconditionally, even by ourselves.
I dedicate this blog entry to one I love: my healer, my therapist, my teacher, my example of true love, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ❤️.
25 March - One interesting thing I learned is that many people have a trap door to their subconscious. What lies beyond that door is what they fear most. Because the subconscious can not lie, the trap door always holds a secret. The secret always holds a lie... A lie they keep telling themselves. This lie can eat them up, eat them up alive. Satan plants the seed to this lie. He plants the seed by intriguing people into believing there is something missing within themselves. Something they need to hide from the world. After identifying this lie and realizing that Satan was its source, we can understand its harmful and debilitating effects. Why does Satan do this? To create misery and discontent, so his darkness wins. Trap doors limit our growth and cause people to misunderstand and underestimate the great potential of who they really are and who they may actually become.
29 February - Conception Energy is the strongest energy an individual will carry with them throughout their life. As such, this energy plays a major role in shaping one's personality. I always had an emotional fear that I could never understand or describe. Through energy therapy, I learned that fear was the component of my conception energy. Picture two toddlers playing at the park. You might notice that one displays the conception energy of joy, while the other displays that of anger.
19 February - I'm going to be adding my thoughts about what I do or aspects involved with energy healing to help individuals better understand what I do to help them in their healing journey.
